it's so frustrating listening to the two songs that have been released
they're both so reserved and unassuming they end up being boring as hell. they're both awful
vince is way too good of a rapper to be putting out this nyquil music. it doesn't help at times vince has one of the worst rapping voices.
and this isn't to say he has to be on some rah rah trap uptempo sh1t but damn. both songs are just too too subtle, especially being singles.

If it hits the mainstream audience right which is what I think they're trying to do this'll be his breakthrough album

I mean I hope so because he is a really good rapper and got a kool personality, but i'm only worried about the music and for me it's been awful.
Oh absolutely, these two singles and BagBak were all trash and basically purely because of the production. I think Vince is capitalizing on his newfound spotlight due to featuring on that Gorillaz album, has a lot of attention going on him right now.
EDIT: Rain Come Down isn't even mainstream bullshyt it's just weird and has a Ty Trash sign feature.
I've been saying Vince's weakness is his beat selection, total crapshoot
