Supposedly he said that on the rise and fall of ECW dvd.

Taz was never about the E life anyway, but a cross promtional champion v champion would have done numbers.

Taz wouldn't have turned into larry holmes status as quickly either

taz could have brought that same mma feel to the wwe that brock lesnar brought on a solid scale. Dan Severn and Ken Shamrock did it and Taz would/could have been that big name to be there for the UFC boom of the 2000s and played off that gimmick wise.

Taz when healthy, for his size, could pull off a solid match with a lot of people, despite his height and had a look of a badass that could have worked

him choking out angle at his debut was amazing to see but yea they dropped the ball on him and raven out of anyone from ecw

I still beat that drum of if they'd done a taz vs Austin program with a proper build it could have drawn some interest. Even if taz was breaking down by then they coulda protected him and it still coulda been dope.

Tazz was a beast in ECW, They made him into a joke in WWE. I dont even remember any memorable matches in the E.

Vince just talking shyt again, he doesn't regret this or jobbing out any of those WCW guys to HHH either. He's just giving out diplomatic answers to move those DVD units. Taz ending Angle's streak at MSG could have taken him places. All it did was take him to the announcer's booth. Even in the invasion angle Taz didn't really get any burn.

he just pretty much admitted there was no good reason to have the ECW champion job out to the WWF champion. Didn't help either company business wise, and just gave the :yeshrug:

God damn I miss old Kurt and his theme...

Man whenever Justin Roberts has to stop announcing because the crowd is too hyped

Taz's debut still gives me the goosebumps, very few wrestlers had such crowd reactions. But what a shame as to what happened after that match, I don't see how they fukked him up that bad prior to his neck injury.

In the late 90's Taz had the most swag in all three organisations.
