you know they went public 99 right? wwe started to fall off sometime around 03-04. What ruined wrestling was the source of wwe's material (ecw and wcw) at the time might have had a better product but were ran to the ground due to bad business decisions. He hasnt had anything to reference since 2001 and it shows

Yes and no, when cena ushered the kiddie era it was like whiplash at the time but then I thought to myself they are just rolling back the clock to what they were before they comprised their ethos (for the better).

In saying that the 80s while PG had a lot of adult themes, storylines, characters and logical booking with continuity today there is non of that. There has never been a time the E has been this nondescript and bland
