Seems like there is some interest in learning these lifts here, so I posted these vids. Just for clarification, when you clean or snatch and "rack" the weights with your hip crease higher than your knees, that's when they are called "power." If you squat to below this to rack, they are called squat snatches and squat cleans, or just snatch / clean for short.

At least that's Coach Pendlay's view on calling a lift "power"

Thanks for posting. I've been trying to incorporate cleans but my form has been atrocious. Hopefully the vids help.

These are a good intro, but if you really want to learn, I would suggest getting a strength coach or trainer that knows how to do these correctly. These are difficult technically to get right and the injury risk is high if you do them incorrectly.
