We've all seen teens and young adults on the streets... in malls... at schools walking around with their pants hanging off their asses...




Sometimes you would even see these guys holding up their pants so they don't completely fall to the ground...




But the real question is... where the hell did this fashion craze come from... who the hell started this...

Well... real video footage has recently surfaced of what appears to be the first man to wear his pants "Saggin"...
