If we dont got the money to fix all the bad cities at once, Chicago should be bottom priority to fix or investigate first when we got worst shyt to handle in Oakland, Detroit, St Louis and Camden..

Not saying Chicago shouldnt get fixed or helped, its just theirs way worst cities right now and the crime in Chicago has actually gone down compared to even just 5 years ago, while crime in those cities listed above keeps going up..
