Former Virginia Tech quarterback Marcus Vick is headed to jail. Vick pleaded guilty on Monday to resisting arrest and was sentenced to 12 months in jail, according to WAVY.com. He will serve one month with the other 11 months suspended.

The charges stem from an incident in April. Officers were called to a fitness center and they became aware that Vick was wanted in Montgomery County. When they tried to arrest Vick, however, he reportedly shoved an officer and fled.

Vick, the brother of NFL quarterback Michael Vick, faced a.ssault and obstruction of justice charges as well, but those chargers were dropped.

This brings to a close yet another sad chapter for a player who was once thought to have a promising football career ahead of him.

I put "resisting" in quotes, not bc he wasnt, but because Cac PIGS have caused that word to lose all meaning.:francis: Just something they yell so they can kick your ass, twist your arm, and/or shoot you.

Shoutouts to Marcus Vick - you was always The Real Goon in tha family :salute:
