OK, so I got second degree burns on my arm like 2-3 weeks ago. How long should one wait until he gets back in the gym? (I've been able to do some regular calisthenics at home, but I haven't touched the gym in my complex or the boxing gym).

Get some aloe and put it on the burn everyday. I think you would want to wait until any leaking, blistering or peeling is done before you go back. Then just cover it from there.

the leaking and peeling and blistering is done. It's just mostly the medication and dead skin (from regenerating) that I'm washing off now. I suppose I can find something to cover it with and get back in the gym. Thanks dude....
