vegan shyt for 7 years mayne
me personally, don't fuk wit too many breads, rice, pasta, starches like that
my diet consist of spinach or kale EVERYDAY! i eat it once or twice a day.
other veggie i eat, artichoke, carrots, broccoli, corn, i cook with alot of green and red peppers whole bunch of other shyt too
alot of fukking fruit bananas, pears, pineapples, raisins, berries(alot of strawberries i eat before i go to the gym, very underrated fruit for retardation), sum almonds, peanuts, or sunflower seeds.
i'll go to target or walmart and these 2 for $6, buffalo chicken joints
only junkfood i'll eat is pbj or cereal other than that
