So I've been researching and reading about this natural home procedure called the Andreas Moritz Liver and Gallbladder flush. If yall haven't heard about it I highly recommend you check it out. For those of you interested in it just go on youtube I'll post a couple links I may even do a video myself but that aside.

During the week prior you can't have any animal products, fried foods, dairy. What the fukk am I supposed to eat besides oats and peanut butter, I know fruits and veg but any other good vegan stuff out there besides what's mentioned ?

Im not Vegan but there is plenty to eat.

You have flavor portabello mushrooms to taste like many things. You can use Jack Fruit to replace pork.

You can get Beyond Burgers from the store. You can get Impossible Burgers from fast food joints like FatBurger, Burger King, and White Castle. Same goes for "chicken" as they sell strips that are not really chicken.

Whole foods has options as well.

Every Fast Food place seems to have a vegan burger / sandwich option ... except McDonalds

Wash it down with some sparkling-water and you're all set:

I did it for 6 months.
It's pretty hard.

So I just follow the pescatarian lifestyle.

Salmon :ahh:

I have chicken 2 or 3 times a year though.

when I'm working out of town sometimes I don't want go to the local grocery store and buy food. I'm usually in small towns where I can't just order vegan food.
Sometimes my hotel doesn't have a frig, I'm only there for 3-4 days can't store food etc
