I went from 69 inches tall and like 233 pounds to 69 inches tall and like 163 pounds (like a 70 pound weight loss from counting calories in like a year or two).
I also went from 69 inches tall and like 235 pounds to 69 inches tall and like 167 pounds (like a 68 pound weight loss from counting calories in like a year or two).

Do you have any advice for accurately estimating calories at restaurants?
It's actually quite easy! From my experience you just continuously increase your knowledge about how many calories different foods and drinks are (for example by searching for the calories on the internet or looking at the back or front of the wrappers and bottles and stuff) until you become a calorie counting expert and can very accurately estimate how many calories any food or drink is.

Make your daily meals with things you know the exact caloric amount of. For example; I know a hot dog with bun is 300 cal. So I eat two of those for breakfast, and for lunch have some yams, cassava, beans and porkchops. I also use the French routine of my meals getting heavier throughout the day. This way I train my body to always accept small meals as a natural occurrence. I also have dinner at 5-6 the latest. and workout/walk the rest of the day. If I get a craving I always carry around some jolly ranchers or now and laters. Small candies are great ways to "cheat" throughout the day and still stay in shape

I think it’s best to count calories and ‘eat clean’ 90% of the time.
