that negative fed tax doesn't mean they were "paid" that amount, or received that as a refund. it just means they fandangled a bunch tax credit, and probably ended up paying little or no tax. this is a problem (IMO), but it's not accurate to say "US citizens paid Blizzard $228 million".

Y'all should look at how activision doesnt pay a damn dime in american Taxes but still operate as an american company...:scust:

Exactly.

Paid infers that some type of transfer has occurred between U.S. citizens and Blizzard. The more accurate statement Is that Blizzard is using US Tax policy to withhold $228M.
