An award-winning surgeon at Mount Sinai Hospital was busted for taking pictures up women’s skirts after an eagle-eyed minister spotted the dirty doctor practicing his photographic perversity in the Union Square subway station.

Dr. Adam Levinson, an assistant professor of urology at the hospital’s school of medicine, allegedly clipped a pen camera to a folded newspaper so he could peek up a woman’s skirt on a southbound 4 train about 5 p.m. Tuesday, authorities and a witness said.

Police noticed the sleek black-and-gold pen on the newspaper was actually a tiny video camera, which average about $240 at local spy shops. After getting a search warrant, the cop watched several of Levinson’s up-skirt videos, sources said. There was more than one victim spotted on the videos, the sources said.
