10??

I was 7 years old.

That Bring Em Out song was good.

This album helped T.I become a star.

I used to watch the video on Rap City all the time

Had to run it back yesterday. Prolly my favorite Tip album. ELITE sequencing, bars and production on this album. Plus he embodied Pac on My Life with Daz

Limelight was my voicemail instrumental :flabbynsick:

I remember playing Freak Though in my mom
Minivan and she said “uhh uh, what he saying? Freak though ” I said “nahhhh, he saying free throw” :russ:

At the time this dropped, I may have liked this more than Trap Muzik as this was what I felt was T.I. doing everything right musically. The sound still had that rawness to it and it had commercial songs that didn't compromise his sound or throw off the sequencing. These days, I think Trap Muzik is slightly better and this is easily his 2nd best album.
