I’m currently doing an upper/lower split 4 days out the week and I like it. Seems like I get a decent amount of lifts done.
How does your routine look?

Increase strength & fat loss. I’m going to Start lifting in the am and do low impact cardio/liss in the evenings after work.Overall goal?
If you can flip them and do the low impact in the AM fasted you can probably get a little better result. If it works the other way better for you to be consistent then do that. Good idea regardless of the arrangement.Increase strength & fat loss. I’m going to Start lifting in the am and do low impact cardio/liss in the evenings after work.

Try it both ways. If you have the time for two a days consistently, probably better to lift in the evening when your body is limber from a full day of movement, then do your cardio fasted. But this is all individual preference/response. I just know I lift better anywhere from 10am-6pm and feel better doing cardio on an empty stomachi was also thinking about lifting in the mornings and doing incline walking/elliptical in the evenings.
Lmao rightPush pull legs...
Either I’m buggin or I need to calm my ass down. Those ain’t enough exercises per day for me
Example push day
Real dealt flys(warm up for chest)/w machine chest fly
Incline Bench
Flat bench
Incline dumbbell
Dumbbell lateral raises/Dips
Cable cross overs/ wide grip upright row
Seated shoulder press/ Face pulls
Rope pull downs/ overhead rope pulls
Cable press down/ Dumbbell kickbacks
That’s not a bro splitI like push pull legs vs upper lower
today I started back on the “bro split”
shoulders
Legs
Chest and tri
Back and biceps
It’s been 3 or 4 years since I did this split. Ima try it until the end of the year at least
