I’m currently doing an upper/lower split 4 days out the week and I like it. Seems like I get a decent amount of lifts done.

How does your routine look?

Increase strength & fat loss. I’m going to Start lifting in the am and do low impact cardio/liss in the evenings after work.
If you can flip them and do the low impact in the AM fasted you can probably get a little better result. If it works the other way better for you to be consistent then do that. Good idea regardless of the arrangement.

My upper/lower is repeated 6 days a week and is based off the nSuns 531 LP. Workouts take anywhere from 2-3 hours.

The U/L you posted looks kinda wonky. Muscle groups are not balanced and there is an obvious lack of barbell compound movements which are critical for maximal strength development. (No squats, no rowing, no BB bench or OHP, and a huge emphasis on pull/chin-ups which most folks can't hit with good form for 8 sets).

PPL is probably overkill unless you're gonna live in the gym 6 days a week. Would not recommend to someone just starting up/back.

Full Body vs U/L is kinda moot; you'll most likely end up at the same place and neither is superior for hypertrophy goals. Strength gains might be better on FB for certain lifts depending on exercise selection.

Try it both ways. If you have the time for two a days consistently, probably better to lift in the evening when your body is limber from a full day of movement, then do your cardio fasted. But this is all individual preference/response. I just know I lift better anywhere from 10am-6pm and feel better doing cardio on an empty stomach
