I'm positive that I'm overthinking this, but it feels like upper class blacks only date white people.
I'm chillin with a friend at John Hopkins University, and it seems like every black chick we see here is boo'd up with a white guy. I guess they are forced to date the majority. I've only seen, probably, 2 black guys around this spot today. I can imagine this happens to the black men on campus, as well.
I feel like, successful blacks are hard to come by, so they settle for any other equally successful person.
Or maybe, these blacks were raised around whites, so they are attracted to what they've been around their during their upbringing.
Then, there is the less complicated theory that some people don't see or care for the color of skin when thinking about the opposite sex.
I wish to see more successful black couples in the media and in real life.
I don't know. Just a random thought, turned into a random post.
