Update: Raiders hiring Antonio Pierce as full time Head Coach

I had high hopes for AP after last year.... beating the chiefs on Christmas day... blowing the chargers out on Thursday night,...we had some good moments

NOW this year...WTF???

AP has shown in multiple games this year he is not fit for the job....be it time management or replay challenges etc....time to move on

Pierce had me dying laughing at the end of the game. I think Ridder took a false start late and he's on the sideline looking disgusted, nikka you the head coach, call a time out or something

He would ruin a good QB with his horrible coaching decision.

This dude has had upwards of 10 stupid/dumb/idiotic decisions in key moments that cost them a good 4/5 games

He is one of the worst situational coaches in the league and now that Eberflus was fired hes all alone in first place.

Punts when it’s 4th quarter, 4th and 1 in chargers territory and one possession game (6pt lead) loses a game (Chargers drive the length of the field score and never look back)

Rams game 4th and 5 from Rams 12 yd line down 8 pts with 3 mins left. Kicks a FG thinks his defense will give the ball back they don’t.

Chiefs game he runs an extra play for no reason. If they kick a FG and kick the ball off chiefs have 10 seconds left. Game ends on a turnover.

Yup an average coach probably has them with at least 2/3 more wins this year

I mean I know players probably checked out on him but realistically that roster is horrid

your qbs are AOC/Minshew/Ridder
you just traded your WR1 away for pennies on the dollar so your WR1 is Jakobi Myers
you didnt pay your RB1 so youre stuck with a RB2/3 as your RB1

Bowers is nice but hes a rookie TE and rookie TE ceilings are usually capped the first year

so your offense is pure trash in a really tough division where all other three teams have elite or near elite defenses, AND two of those teams have MUCH better QBs than you do, and three coaches that are better than you

one elite player on defense in Maxxx

not a lot to work with if we being honest, especially in that division. doesnt excuse losses to shytty teams like Carolina but nonetheless

Facts.

He may not be a good NFL HC, but we know brehs rarely get opportunities and they basically gotta walk on water....while the white equivalent gets at least two chances, maybe more.
