Ok im actually serious about my gym shyt now. I been going to gym past 3-4 months and I've been eating better. Like when I go to Chipotle, I get the riced cauliflower instead of rice and low sour cream and just a tad bit of cheese on my bowl. I was in the mid to higher 220's and I weighed myself last Thursday and I'm now 198. I've been drinking more water and eating fried foods and using butter sparingly. I'm also eating less bad carbs and sugars. When I get to 190, ima focus more on weight lifting.
I've also been put on a minor high blood pressure med and I wanna hope to get off that in the future.
I'm actually addicted to working out now. Its a real stress reliever and better for me to do that than drink, eat bad food or develop another bad habit. I got the genes for drinking problems cuz many relatives have or had them and some died because of it.
I wanna get suggestions on upbeat songs to add to my play list. I normally like hip hop/r&b (rick Ross and jeezy are my two favs) and some pop songs are cool like music from Black Eyed Peas. I got a stressful full time job and major family issues on both sides. I'm glad I'm part of the work out gang. I see why y'all gym bros be keep trying to persuade us cuz it does help. I actually feel better about my appearance and this is coming from a bruh who struggled hard with self esteem, confidence and body image issues.
