Like squeezing and gripping the dumbbell or bar REALLY hard while doing the lift

I'll tell you what

I got calluses down to the center of my palm now and at the top line of my finger

Gaining mad vascularity in my arms simply through squeezing, and forearms are building hella bigger

I have such better control over my lifts now and FAR better mind-muscle connection in general

TRY gripping and squeezing while lifting. Like REALLY GRIP, it's hard to do in the beginning, but the pay off is tremendous. I have never felt more confident about my lifting until now.
