I peeped the Peabo Bryson at 66 years old having a baby with 20 or 30 something thread. One of the post had the duet he did with Regina Belle, smash hit "A Whole New World"
I realized Regina Belle is one of those late 80s/early 90s voices that doesn't seem to get a lot of looks, even though her contemporaries were Anita Baker, Whitney Houston, Janet Jackson, Toni Braxton.

Belle's musical influences include Phyllis Hyman, Billie Holiday, Shirley Caesar, Patti LaBelle, and Nancy Wilson.[9]
Classy, attractive, and kinda underrated. Hopefully One of these award shows gives her due and respect.
I said this about Anita Baker in one of her threads, this type of music was on the radio and always reminded me of Black Excellence in the 80s and 90s. All these young black professionals with new families, new houses, new cars.
