Agreed. Ive had food put into my hands with a grunt but as long as the sauce is saucing and the seasonings are right, I don't give a shyt. A lot of those types of places get better with rapport.

i agree. i don't even care at chain restauranrts. but them so called upscale places better treat me with respect

Nah, customer service is important to me. I am not asking to get treated like a king but if someone is being respectful and spending money in your restaurant, then you at the very least can reciprocate that. Most of the time the food is not even worth the disrespect, so just one and done places like that.
