I always have believed that if America citizens as a whole truly understood what is going on with their health insurance and banking, they would riot in the streets. The gunshot was a pre-existing condition, the ambulance took him to an out of network ER, and the treatment at the hospital was experimental, so his claim will be denied. He has 90 days to appeal the decision.
