These two east coast cities have long-shared a sibling rivalry. Both cities are said to hold crab in the barrel mentalities, being that NYC is the media capitol of the world and a beacon for the music industry it shouldn't be a question as to why so many more people from NYC have risen to prominence in the rap game.
