Da city where the skinny nikkas die
*sees production studio rack and desk for $1000* :leon:
*emails buyer and offers $500 for it* :smugfavre:

"Are you kidding me? Stop wasting my time. I paid $1800 for that desk."
*waits a week*

"Well how about $750?"
:ld:

*says no and waits 2 more weeks*

"Hey. Are you still interested in the desk? I think I could live with $500."

:win:

sometimes I just ridiculously underbid on things im not even interested in when im bored. just to see people's reactions. its a good study in human psyche.

One time i told this dude I would give him $5 for Madden 12 right after it came out. He wanted $50. We settled on $30 tho.

I get so annoyed when people do this when im selling stuff, but from a buyer's perspective it is kinda funny :russ:

Tryin to sell my iphone 4S right now in almost perfect condition, getting emails like "would u trade 4 an xbox360!!!???", or "would u do $100? thats all I have"

I get some of this from people when I sell stuff on eBay. I've had an account since 2002, but only within this past year have I started selling instead of buying.

The worst was (& still is) trying to sell bulk CDs. Most have no scratches on them, as they were burned onto comp then put back into the case, & I priced those at $2-$3ish (which I think is a steal), but some people still try message & try to haggle & get them cheaper.

One person was haggling over $4 on the final price of a bulk lot of CDs, & I'd had it, sent them a message breaking down what each CD came to with the discount I'd already given them, what the eBay & PayPal fees for me would be, minus shipping, and showing what I'd actually make per each CD. Then told them to save their money instead of trying to buy stuff they don't need.

Sold some OOP Madlib CDs for $80 for 4 though. It's funny how what you sell brings in such different types of buyers.
