It’s false cause PAC was dissing Jay while he was alive. I was listening to rap when RD dropped Jay had a buzz in the streets and had slight commercial success Ain’t No N1GGA was a big record. He had the support of BIG everyone knew Jay was could hold his own at the time.

He's kinda right. However, Tupac would probably be considered in the class before with releasing 2Pacalyse Now and Strictly 4 My nikkaz prior to 1994.
Jay similar to Pac had some success with a gradual rise in the industry, whereas Nas and Biggie blew up right away. Neither are a bad thing in my opinion.

Should've replaced Pac with Snoop

How is telling the truth hating? Lol

Nah, it can be…what was the question that made him bring it up tho? If it was just random it might be hating…if Nore asked him about that time period/Jayz then he’s just answering honestly, he ain’t lying.

Doesn’t sound like hating just incorrect New Yorker babble shyt.

Jay signed his first major deal in 97, Pac in like 1990, Nas 92, Biggie 93.

And they all blew up commercially in different years too.

Whereas Jay-z actually dabbled in the game far before that, took him almost 9 years to get that deal. For other it took one shot, be it Nas or the large amount of trash one album wonders.

And in 1996 people like Outkast, Bone Thugs, Snoop, and more were much bigger than Jay and even perhaps Nas and Big. And you had the guys in the wu-tang, move deep and others too. And if we talking 98-99 why mention Nore and not Eminem, Big Pun, Master P or Juve?

People just like to try to put those guys against each other cause they are the best. And make up various similarities that are completely irrelevant.
