If he and the other guy have past history that could be true but just going by what was presented in that news story all I am seeing is a c*nt DA who doesn't want to have a win erased from her office's record despite new evidence being available that casts doubt on that young buck's guilt.

when those judges in PA were convicted of taking kickbacks to sentence people... all 50 cases weren't retailed. so yeah it's missed up.
