I just signed up for my first 50mile trail run. Which is this Saturday.

Anyone ever ran an ultra? If so how was it and do you have any tips to share

Anyone ever ran an ultra? If so how was it and do you have any tips to share

50 miles damn son. Have you been training? I just plan on doing a couple of 5ks and 10ks this year.

I had a race that was a half marathon this past Saturday. The week before that i ran 31.5 miles for the first time. I should have just done a 50k but my ego got the best of me. After reading first 50 mile trail race testimonials, I'm starting to get a bit nervous. I just hope i finish and that I'm able to walk/stand on monday.
