U.S. economy added just 12,000 jobs in October
This couldn't have happened at a worst time right before the Election. The amount of spin on Bothsides is gonna be ridiculous.
How many of those jobs are full time? How many pay a decent wage, benefits, and healthcare?
Democrats still don't realize these huge infrastructure bills take way too long to increase employment.Stupid MFs done had their heads buried in the sand all year when it comes to the "economy" and them fake ass numbers that's been pushed about jobs and unemployment.
Low numbers impacted by hurricanes, and trash ass Boeing woes…
Meanwhile unemployment holding at just over 4%, DOW/NASDAQ at historic highs, gas prices are low, inflation is flat, and more interest rate reductions set to take place…
In other words…
People gonna see this headline instead of actually clicking the article to see that this is nothing
Along with that, the report noted the impact of hurricanes Helene and Milton but said “it is not possible to quantify the net effect” of the storms on the jobs total. The BLS noted that the survey responses for the survey of establishments, which shows the headline nonfarm payrolls gain, was “well below average” and in fact the lowest in more than 30 years, but said that was the case both for areas hit by the storm as well as those outside the zone.
Also the unemployment rate comes from a different survey. That 4.1% figure is gonna change once that survey gets released.I love reading. Do you both?
Even areas not hit by the storm didn’t do much hiring
Let’s be real about this.. 12,000 jobs added a month before Black Friday? For reference, in October 2023, the economy added 150,000 jobs.
Also the unemployment rate comes from a different survey. That 4.1% figure is gonna change once that survey gets released.
Also these job numbers may still be revised down just like last month
