Nearly three years ago, case worker Damon Adams and one-time supervisor Chereece Bell were slapped with criminally negligent homicide and official misconduct felonies in the death of Marchella Brett-Pierce, 4, who was starved and beaten by her mother. The two are now set to walk away Tuesday in a plea deal for only community service, the Daily News has learned.

Case worker Damon Adams and his one-time supervisor Chereece Bell had been accused by Brooklyn prosecutors for failing to prevent the death of 4-year-old Marchella Brett-Pierce.
