He was definitely in a zone, one of the most underrated rap albums. I think it got overlooked because he was looked at as a "fast rapping gimmick" but if you listen to twista he really be saying some shyt.... The production for this album matched his style perfectly. Legendary Traxster was a underrated producer as well

used to argue all the time with my homies about this "hip hop is wack now" stuff. 1997 gave us two MAJOR blassics: adrenaline rush & street gospel

twista dropped an epic album & it irritates me that it never gets any mentions. get it wet is my shyt, word

Its one of the best 'sounding' hiphop albums of all time from an engineering standpoint too
That joint still sounds crisp and clear af.
It also got overlooked bc he was not an east coast OR west coast artist.

Twista a cool dude in real life, saw him down sosua, Dominican Republic about 3 or 4 yrs ago, we was all staying in New garden, I remember we got fukked up in classico, we brought some hoes back, he had a bad joint I was trying smash, after I finished hitting my joint, nikka knocked on my door and said you can fukk the bytch if you want lol, gave him the joint I just had.....real humble dude
