I made one Tuesday and it wasn't very good. I didn't really doctor it up because I wanted to respect the meat.
But last night, I was like "nah, I ain't throwin these away", so I seasoned them with Kai-anne pepper, salt, pepper, garlic poweder, and marinated them in liquid smoke overnight. I'm about to fry one of them hoes in a minute.
Crazy, because I like turkey bacon and LOVE turkey sausage
