Tupac Biopic Producer Brings $10M Lawsuit Over Secret Star Casting
Morgan Creek is being sued by the co-producers for violating their agreements by allegedly casting someone to play Pac without everyone's approval. They say they haven't cast the part and that the other side is supposed to be putting up half the budget and hasn't come through.
If production doesn't start on this by the end of the year, Morgan Creek loses their rights to the movie and it will be put back on the open market for studios to bid on. Then hopefully there will be a team that can actually get this movie made.
