WWE.com has an article up, explaining that Ryback beat down Kofi Kingston after their match at last night's Smackdown tapings. WWE medical physician Doctor Michael Sampson stated that the attack caused more damage to Kingston's already-existing elbow injury. Kingston will undergo surgery this Thursday and is expected to be out-of-action for 4 to 8 weeks.
