I have vague memories of them on WCW. I'm a Ron Simmons stan anyway. I feel like the Doom days were around the time when someone asked Ron why the Steiners never fukked with him.

Ron's answer: "Because I'm unfukkwithable "

Come to think of it - a Doom gimmick today with two diesel brothers and a swagged out manager would be

I just had to say that as a 6-year-old, Doom was the greatest thing ever. To see two tough Black men wearing all black wrecking shop on everybody AND have a Black manager?! Them having the black masks too?! Greatest thing ever. And they never played buffons or cowards.

Never say representation doesn't matter. They are exactly how they should have booked Bobby Lashley.

They just used to destroy everybody without even having to cheat.

Teddy Long was a great manager for them because he wasn't a stereotype or loudmouth. Just a brother that had the toughest tag team.

Shoutout to when they had Woman as their manager too.

Legendary! I'm a old head, and when they came in the game with Woman they dominated, Steiner's, Road Warrior's, Rock N Roll Express, The Horsemen all got the beats, 2 other tag teams I can name that had an impact with dominance are Miracle Violence Connection and Road Warrior's.

They was heels that started to go over with the Fans, Butch Reed had charisma in and out the ring, Ron Simmons was was the Serious one and they was a perfect match.
