They were awful I gave them a 1It was Orton and lackeys. Highlight was the rumble where they teamed up and Cody eliminated Goldie.

I liked them a lot tbh back then but, they got buried by DX

Very shytty stable. They get a 3 only cause of Orton's star power, and Rhodes/Ted Jr beating HBK/HHH on a PPV (submission match??). Legacy served no purpose other than for Ted Jr and Rhodes to be lackeys to Orton. It didn't help that neither Cody nor Ted Jr had not the slightest ounce of personality or charisma during this period. They were legit CAWs throughout the entire stable. Cody thankfully started developing a personality way after, as Dashing, Dr. Doom, Mustache, etc Cody. Ted Jr never had personality unless you watched his youtube vids, in which I figured out trying to be a spoiled arrogant rich kid wasn't his personality at all, but he was actually just a down home country dude that liked fishing and BBQ . Glad they disbanded, cause they were a pathetic stable. Even with Orton's star power, that stable was barely above Truth Commission and Los Boriquas status. I'm disgusted even thinking about all the TV time they wasted together.

A huge waste of the two of them. They should have been his guys who he took under his wing and learned taught. Instead they just took bullets for him essentially and he’d yell at and beat on them. By the end of the group, Rhodes and DiBiase were so badly developed that Randy was the face even though he basically turned on them . I give them a 4 almost solely off them having a cool idea for why to put them together as second and third generation wrestlers.

i remember when I stopped watching wrasslin in '02 and I came back between 05-06 (TNA too), then 08 and was just stunned at the idea of randy Orton having the strap.

aint he a double digit world champion? should've been a one and done. the rko is like a weak ass sorta-finisher and he just puts me to sleep just looking at him.

The idea of Legacy is great. The problem is, Orton was the only one that was good at that time. Dibiase and Cody both just weren't ready back then. Orton wasn't as thoroughly played out as he is nowadays, so I'll give a 2.

I just knew they were gonna get over when they turned orton but somehow everyone wanted to see them get their ass whooped. It lead to the face turn of orton and he’s been a reluctant fan favorite ever since (let the coli tell it orton ranked the same as santino )
