click events, and scroll until you find someone "deleted" the file your looking for, click on it, than finally click restore

if you dont have enough storage, "delete" files from your dropbox than you should be able to restore

from my understanding when you "delete" files from the dropbox they dont really disappear forever, just until someone restores it
