6. Wrestlings fake. He's a good athlete who made all his moves look good and credible, but it's fake. Why should you care about this guy? For someone to lack character this much he'd need to have a unique physical appearance to draw your attention, but he's pretty generic looking too.

He's a good midcard guy who can have good matches with an over babyface.

Terrible.
I hate him, turned the station when he was on.
Never liked him as an entertainer, no memorable gimmick, no memorable phrases, no memorable matches. Not even a cool name.

-Mic work/promos: 1/10 It was like he was an unsure, shy dude trying to play a heel most of his career. He would be cutting promos on the fans but sound like a deer in the headlights jobber when they say they are gonna make the most outta their opportunities before getting squashed. I dunno if he was just a nervous public speaker but...

-Personality/gimmicks: 2/10 This is hard, because his personality was always the bland or silent type. So the best gimmick for him was to just go out there and put work in the ring. Sort of like Dean Malenko. So when they try to force a goofy gimmick on them like the Anti-American troll, or the ladies man for Dean, it feels like a gimmick and not an extension of their personality. I thought the Impact Players was a perfect spot for him, carry the load in the ring, and have Credible be the mouthpiece outside of it. Makes me think he should have had a manager in WCW and WWF.

-Ring work 7/10 (along with some of your favorite matches/feuds) Really crisp, and safe in ring. Moveset similar to Jericho, so some nice high flying stuff, along with some bombs and suplexes. Had really great pacing and knew when to sell. I remember a couple great matches with Jerry Lynn.

-Overall rating (which doesn't have to be an average of the above scores) 4/10 Low rating, because although he was great in the ring, he can't even rely on that to get him over, as he was one of the biggest blackholes of charisma. And he never got any better. For instance, Bret had a presence to him, and intensity when he wasnt wrestling. Something that allowed him to strive even when he wasn't the best on the mic. Lance had none of that, outside of "these 2 guys are good performers, this might be a fun match".

His ECW and WCW stints were really good. His WWE tenure was unremarkable and embarrassing. In ECW and WCW, he looked like a big deal. Loved him forming Team Canada and renaming all the titles Canadian names. 2000 was all sorts of chaos and mess, but he came in and was a highlight. He was a smooth hard-working wrestler, no Bret or Benoit, but still good. Was a good talker as well. That "If I may be serious for a moment" stuff had him getting boo'd like crazy.

In the WWE, the only thing I was a fan of from him was the Un-Americans stable. But that was cut short even though it was loaded with potential. That's a stable that had enough legs for easy storylines, but they pissed it all the way. Then came that garbage where they made him look like a dope. Lance Storm wasn't some overly charismatic wrestler, but in 03 they tore him down and presented him as if he was totally devoid of charisma. Then they gave him a damn dancing gimmick with that goofy ass song that should have went to Too Cool. Look at this fukking titantron and theme :mjlol:

Never looked at Storm as a guy that could've been a WWF World Champion, but he could've been a more than solid IC/US title mainstay, like Benoit during 00-03. Will give him a favorable 6. He could've been used much better than he actually was in the WWF. Very wasted guy, but that's a pretty common thing with guys that aren't 100% WWE/F homegrown guys.

I was a fan of his ECW and WCW work. Really enjoyed his run in WCW with the titles, and thought they dropped that storyline too quickly/turned it into crap by building the stable full of losers too quickly. My biggest knock against him is that he telegraphed moves more than nearly any big name "good worker" i can think of. He looked very rehearsed
