-Mic work/promos 5. Barely passable on the stick. Hurricane gimmick helped him hide that because he had to act so much more outlandish on purpose.

-Personality/gimmicks 7. Did well to make the best of his gimmicks, never came off as cringe.

-Ring work (along with some of your favorite matches/feuds) 7. Sugar Shane Helms solo run in WCW near the end was his prime. Had classics with Karagias, Moore, Kidman, etc. Partly because WWF neutered his style... Took away the Vertebreaker with the quickness... Was a reliable cruiserweight for a good match.
