Trying to return to the gym from an injury...any tips welcomed

  • upper&lower back injury kept me from the gym for a year
  • went from 150 to 135
  • trying to get back my slim, but athletic build.
  • workout routines, supplements, diets needed if possible

Start light for a few weeks or even a month and just practice form, mind muscle connection.

I've been there before, i had to check my ego.

-go really slow at first.
-you might have to tweak your form on some exercises to accommodate your injuries (range of motions, types of grips, feet placement). play around with it while the weight is lighter to figure out what's best for you at this time.
