Help me out gym brehs...

Right now I have that rounded, un-cut look. I'm seeing some mass gains, but not the cut look that I want. I've been dieting, and I've lost a little bit of weight, but I'm still not seeing the cuts.

Help me out brehs...don't want to resort to drugs/supps but I'm doing the work and not seeing the results I want.

Some perspective of where I'm at:

Probably just fat breh, once you lose more weight you'll see more definition, I had or have the same problem, and it all boils down to losing the fat. You can keep doing what your doing and try to keep your protein intake about the same while cutting more calories or burning more with light cardio each day.

That's pretty much all in the diet.

Adding some 15-20 minute HIIT sessions at the end of your workouts could help to burn fat without losing muscle though.

Just keep eating right. I had that same rounded look you have but diet changed that and now I have the cuts.
