How bout mandatory one month PTO full time employees?

How bout govt stipend for outrageous daycare cost?

When both my kids were in preK we dropped $30k cash. I only have 3 more checks to sign before the youngest is in kindergarten

It's for all US Citizens.

Difficult to defend institutions that have done such a poor job of preparing American children (especially black children) to compete against those other (China/India) children.

You need robust policies to promote having and raising children who are competitive in the 21st century. It isn't perfect, but now the conversation be8ng had in a more serious way.
