Violate labor laws then justify it by referring to the workers you unjustly fired as sadists. The man of the people.

The 'no tax on tips' proposal is dumb too, and Democrats shouldn't support just that. It's bad policy by itself. It needs to be specifically targeted to prevent the rich from exploiting it by claiming part of their salary as tips to avoid taxation. It needs to be implemented alongside a minimum wage hike and the elimination of the subminimum wage. Trump doesn't support either. While Harris supports the minimum wage hike, she has not addressed the issue of the subminimum wage, which is something she needs to be pressed on.

Unless I misunderstood something I saw the other day the Democrat proposal closes those loopholes. I could be mistaken though. Either way did you hear that both sides are the same?
