President Trump again accused South Africa of discriminating against and killing white people in the country in a post on social media, asking “how could we be expected to go to South Africa for the very important G20 Meeting when land confiscation and genocide is the primary topic of conversation?”

In the post, Trump shared a video compilation of South African politicians calling for the confiscation of land from white South Africans and for having the willingness to kill to do so. The most prominent figure making such remarks in the video is Julius Malema, a radical who was expelled from the African National Congress — the governing party in South Africa — and now leads a socialist opposition party.
