I’m surprised when I see you dudes post stuff like this. Didn’t you go to Stanford? Trump is highly unintelligent. He couldn’t tell you where Ecuatorial Guinea is or how to find a secant line, but he’s not dumb. You don’t become president twice being “dumb,” on some random happenstance—Forrest Gump shyt.

He‘s savvy enough to play up his unintelligence because he knows it makes people underestimate him. He was literally underestimated in 2016, after he lost the election in 2020, after the Project 2025 stuff came out. Hell, people still underestimate him now despite this. It’s like Michael Moore said, if we’re talking about strictly in the realm wickedness and being a con-man, Trump is a genius. If there was a con-test—Trump would score off the charts.

Trump is a generational con-man. He’s not smart but he’s not dumb either, and its easy to conflate the two when you have a high-level con-man masquerading as president.

On a side note, I have no idea where Equatorial Guinea is. It has no significance...well so, maybe as a shipping lane and for some oil reserves, neither of which matter much to the United States. Country has maybe one subsea fiber cable connected to Europe. It just, it would never come up unless I was tasked with something in that region. I can sort of remember secant's being used to approximate a tangent line, but would have to look up the exact def'n.
