But she needed to be re-established because of her time away. She really showed out in TNA and needed to be treated like a champion when she returned, but instead she got slopy booking and was treated like she was beneath people like Tiffany. Liv's title run was the perfect time to really juice up the women's division, and have Liv barely escaping her title defenses against various women. So that way when she finally does lose it there's a long list of women waiting to be champ. Instead HHH suppressed the entire RAW division so his golden girl would have a clear path to win it back.
