NXT kind of needed it, they essentially only have 1 women's title. Main roster has 3.

Main roster is split though. So it's 2 spread across two different shows and the tag titles are only relevant when they feel like it.
Someone like an Iyo Skye or Kairi Sane could go on a run.... a Gunther like run with a midcard belt

Well if they do this it's likely 1 per brand, so for a lack of a better term, a Women's IC and Women's US. In the end will new titles bring new stories for the women? Maybe but you still need time to tell those stories and the women already get less time than the men. We just have to see where they go. I said take that post with a grain of salt. For all we know there is nothing to this. I just felt like posting it in-case something does happen.
More titles still isn’t going to change how ass creative is when it comes to juggling multiple storylines
