Heyman would definitely be first (and it would be bs if he didn't go in with the ceremony being in Philly), but past him it gets murky. Taz isn't going in anytime soon and I'm guessing Raven wouldn't either. Basically left with Sabu, Dreamer, Sandman, and maybe Rhyno as people worthy of being inducted.
