They were a 3rd brand from 2015 until 2021 in my opinion, then when they rebranded as 2.0 they went back to being developmental.

2.0 was actually entertaining, it became too indie when AEW came along and it feels too indie right now.

Like I said they probably wanted to wait until after the World Title situations were settled. Now it seems they are dealing with the Women's titles now and hopefully they will address the Tag Titles and NXT Women's Tag Titles.
Spacing these things out is the right thing to do.

He can take credit for the attendance being up, but the ratings are exactly what they were with Vince. Smackdown still gets good ratings, and RAW continues to get mediocre numbers. He cooled off all the black talent that was over, and he hasn't done anything with the rehired people outside of Chelsea Green.
The PLE praise is overrated because it's easy to have good ones. People forget that Vince had some surprisingly good shows during his last run, including HIAC that opened and closed with 2 great matches. Now that he keeps doing these announcements he's become more like Tony Khan.
He ruined Bianca and becky lynch too. Big time becks > the man. He books the women's division worse than cincdv.

I seriously wonder at times why some of y'all even bother watching WWE at all.
With the way they moved the belts in NXT there is no reason that Isla and Alba either had to win them or couldn't have already dropped them by now. Or why they as reigning tag team champions weren't told to vacate their belts and then been in the little mini tournament once Liv was hurt. That also would have sorted this out right from the start.
She was champion for over a year and bulldozed through the womens roster…..
She hasn't been entertaining imo in a while outside her matches.

She was champ for over a year, and was put in bullshyt nothing matches months before losing the belt. Y'all gotta stop acting like holding a belt for a long time is an accomplishment, how you're booked while holding it means a lot as well. Her feuds were literally made a couple of weeks before the PPV and it was just show up and win. Vince gave her the iconic rivalry and match against Becky, while HHH gave her Alexa which started the downfall.

Because they had a plan to unify them and that's just now unfolding before our very eyes. This is how they are doing it.
It's not about doing this quickly. They gotta drag shyt out over multiple shows. Nick Khan told everyone straight up they got things planned out way in advance. They wanted to unveil Seth and Roman's titles first. Then they reveal the new Women's titles that will parallel the men's. Now they are unifying the Women's tag titles and restoring them to what they were meant to be in the first place.
Hopefully they settle the Undisputed men's tag title situation next. Then everything will be sorted out.

to be fair it lowkey started with the never ending damage ctrl feud, internet fans wanted damage ctrl to be this hot new faction that got dominant booking because bayley was fresh off of a return as well as iyo and dakota, bianca was still being cheered at shows but she never had a chance to be favored in the IWC against them, and then they kept doing the same wash rinse repeat thing with bianca every week resulting in bianca overcoming them 1 vs 3 and fans started criticizing her "super cena" booking
it just got progressively worse with the alexa feud and then asuka coming in with a revamped gimmick and losing to her on top of the lack of story and build going into that wm match, personally im glad she went 3-0 at wm
, but putting her in that circumstance did her no favorsbasically it was a combination of fickle fans hating dominant white meat babyfaces(extreme pause) and absolutely 0 effort going in putting her into any compelling storylines to accommodate the long title run
