I'm saying, though. First I'm hearing about this.

The finale was enough.

Bubbles is clean, Dookie the new Bubbles, Michael the new Omar, McNutty still a lost white boy, you can take Marlo out the 'hood, but can't take the...

The season finale gives us a pretty good indication of what happens to the main characters...
I know but who says Naymond didn't go left and want to back to being a corner boy? What about Michael's little brother?Did Poot keep his job at Footlocker? Did he become a manager? Maybe one day he decided to hire Bow wow to work there :troll: Dookie. Mother fukkin Dookie:mjcry:... Actually, that's my main concern. Finished the series last summer & was completely heartbroken how he ended up. :sadcam:

I don't think the season finale should answer every "what if" scenarios...A good season finale ties up all the loose ends in the story-lines, and gives an idea of a potential future of the characters...

I think The Wire did a pretty good job...

True, it was better with a bittersweet series finale, some made it out others didn't. More realistic. At least it wasn't a series finale like the Sopranos when everything fades to black and the audience is left speculating what it meant until the writers finally announce wtf it meant years later.

@RGM
I thought it was interesting how everything went full circle
it was like the main characters' story line ended and they were changed somewhat,
but there was another person there to take there place where they were at
I believe the show runners did that on purpose ,
like to say if nothing ever changes and you keep attacking issues the same way,
you get similar outcomes only with different people going forward making the same mistakes

Dukie - bubbles
Michael - Omar
Sydnor - Mcnulty
slim Charles - prop Joe
Marlo (Even though he didn't want it)- Stringer if he had lived
