Co-worker is into RC cars, shows me this video of this car hitting 163mph, I'm like

How the fukk do you keep an eye on the car?
How is the tires rated for such speeds?
How do you keep it straight on road?
What is the range of the controller?

So many questions..........

First of all there is no way that will hold up over time. The tires will likely have to get swapped often if pushed.

It looks like it will evaporate into dust if it hits a tree.
